Hi, you got me! It’s Joseph Chow (The Curious Shadows), I sent you my story for submission which you published this month. I’m the guy in the background! I was shooting that morning, also around Southern Cross station. Must have missed you by that much!
too funny – I had my Nikon F3 out for the day – so I am surprised you didn’t spot me… It is a fairly distinctive piece of gear! If I had’ve known it was you Joseph, we could have had a coffee (or a beer, if it was after midday – I think it was about 10am or so? – one of the hassles of shooting film – no exposure time and date!!!)
My wife reckons it’s not me, but I reckon it is. If it was Saturday just gone, then I was on the Glen Waverley line. I’m normally pretty aware of my surroundings, but maybe had my guard down.
